Konera, Proximus Global’s award-winning Network API platform, is driving innovation in telecom applications across voice, messaging and data services.
Brussels, Belgium – 17 June 2026 – Proximus Global has won Best Application Service Provider at the Carrier Community Global Awards 2026 for Konera, its Network API platform.
Organized by Carrier Community, the CCGA Awards recognize innovation among global telecom wholesale operators and ecosystem partners, including services that enhance networks, improve customer experience and enable new business communication channels.
Proximus Global was named the winner in the Best Application Service Provider category at the Carrier Community Global Awards 2026, presented in Berlin, for Konera’s role in enabling innovative application-based services that create measurable customer value and advance the telecommunications ecosystem.
Launched in October 2025, Proximus Global’s Konera Network API platform simplifies, standardizes and monetizes access to network capabilities by aggregating APIs from multiple mobile network operators into one platform, giving enterprises and developers easier access to advanced communications features. Konera is aligned with the GSMA’s CAMARA standardization initiative.
Earlier this year, premier EdTech provider Aakash Educational Services Limited adopted Konera-powered Silent Verification to improve student onboarding across India, and the platform was awarded the MEFFY Mobile Evolution Award at MWC Barcelona.
